What if my transaction is already in progress?
I charge less! If you just need your paperwork sorted out, need a few forms from the cooperating agent, or are in any other stage of the process, I call that a file clean-up and will quote the price for that based on what you still need before closing.
What information do you need from me in order to get started?
Please see my Book Online section and fill the form out to get started. Upon entering your information, I will take a look at your contract and other documents for the details I'll need. I may ask for more information depending on the file type. Alternatively, simply add me to your file or shoot me a quick text or email and I can get started quickly.
Which brokerages do you work with?
I work with any and every brokerage!
Are my transactions confidential?
What if I only have a small project that needs completed?
No project is too big or small. I can take care of even the simplest details.
What payment methods do you accept?
For listing services and custom projects, I require payment up front or immediately after completion. A monthly billing option is available. I accept credit cards, checks, cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
For transaction coordination services, I can put my fee on your greensheet to be paid after closing or send you a Venmo or Cash App request.
(If the contract is cancelled by the agent for any reason, payment is due immediately upon cancellation instead of at or after closing.)
